Nice clean cheap and cheerful.
Good location and value ordered room service which never arrived. Told the staff at the reception desk but didnt get a reason why this happened or an offer to compensate.
Asked for newly decorated room, got one no problem. Problem with loose tap on sink, mentioned it but not fixed before we left, but it didn't cause a problem. Breakfast expensive, but was nice and you can have as much as you want and fill up for the day. You can park free,it's not for the feinthearted tho! Although it's on a first come basis. We didn't have a problem and we were there for four days.
friendly staff . location very good .
Well situated, but extremely expensive!
It is within easy walking distance to Croke Park and right in the centre of Dublin. It was a luxury to be able to park the car in the Hotel car park. The Hotel Porter was efficient, helpful and friendly making the entry to the car park very easy. He then greeted us with his friendly personality and helped us to relax. Barbara was very friendly and helpful for registering and giving us a map for walking around Dublin. The bar was handy for a snack, although there where very few waiting staff and the time waiting for service was too much. The residence lounge was an extra bonus for a quiet drink at the end of the day. Again had to wait too long for service for breakfast. Barbara was on reception when booking out and she is a wonder ambassador for Dublin. She wanted us to enjoy the lovely day in the city.
FREE PARKING WAS V USEFUL
The hotel is fine, excellant location, even though I personally am not a fan of O'Connell St. The bar is dated and boring, rooms are small but spotless. The girl on reception was amazing, she really puts the 'service' back into the service industry when I feel it is fast diseappearing in Ireland, don't know her name but she was not Irish.
The hotel is convenient as its right on O'Connell street. Parking was free which was a plus. Room was clean and staff were friendly.
Reasonable.
Great staff, kept our luggage until at reception until 8pm. Air Coach stop right outside hotel door. Great location for shopping, can dump parcles at reception instead of lugging them around. Spotlessy clean hotel.
We found the hotel very good and the staff was all very pleasent and helpfull. Would certainly book to stay there again.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had everything we required. The room service menu was excellent and good value for money. The food we ordered was lovely and was delivered to our room in good time by a very friendly member of staff. Would most definitely stay there again.
Not bad, convenient location, comfortable room although not huge, good service.
Good location and friendly staff.
I thought the location was excellent for both day trips and night life. We never sampled breakfast this time but i've been before and thought the food was excellent.
Hotel was quite nice with good location. We only spent one night there, but it was very suitable for our purposes.
I enjoyed my stay and would go back again if the price stays good value.
Central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Car Parking facility.
Great to be situated right in the heart of Dublin. The rooms at the front overlook O'Connell street and have floor-to-ceiling bay windows. This really makes you feel part of this vibrant city, both day & night, although if you want some peace & quiet you might need a room at the back! The staff were extremely helpful, with nothing too much trouble. The Full Irish breakfast was good value at 9 euros and was the best I'd tasted in a long time.
Clean and very friendly , without doubt recommend this hotel to anyone.
I would stay there again. Staff very friendly.
Great location!
Excellent hotel, would recommend to anyone looking to go.
We enjoyed our room very much. Everything was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The hotel did not look very welcoming from the street, but we were very pleasantly surprised when we entered it for the first time.
