Hotel was very good, clean and modern rooms with coffee and tea making facilities. Unfortunately no breakfast, but there are many restaurants etc near the hotel. Hotel is near public transport (LUAS ans busses : Abbey Street, O Connell Street)and Irish Rail/DART : Tara Street.

It is very central and ideal for shopping and touring. it is in a lively area for night entertainment. Very easy to reach from houston train station. An old hotel as most hotels in dublin city. I Would stay there again

I booked on line at short notice and the area was what I wanted but would have preferred facilities at the actual hotel I was staying in rather than an adjacent hotel. Partly my fault for leaving it so late to book. Reception staff the only ones I had contact with and they were very pleasant.

I was in the twin room 301. The room was lovely. It was fresh, modern & clean. Breakfast was an extensive selection. Overall extreamly good value for money. Others were in room 210, these could benefit from modernising.

Excellent location at an excellent price. However, as hotel is closing next week for a total refurbishment there wasn't any bar facilities and we had to go next door for breakfast. Residents bar would have been nice on a busy Friday night in Dublin but never mind. We requested extra pillows and they were delivered straight away - great service.

Extremely difficult to find. Not the newest hotel but rooms were fine for the price. The location is excellent and I would certainly stay there again.

The location is perfect: in Temple Bar, but there's no noise so you can sleep really well. The rooms are big and clean. I'll come back for sure the next time I go to Dublin.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the bathroom. I didn't like the view from my window into a heavilly congested pipes/ducting,fans area. I didn't tell the staff.

I've got a positive opinion about the Fleet Street Hotel. It is adapted especially for people that want to be in the heart of Dublin without particular required.

The location on Fleet Street is of course perfect. However, it can be noisy at that location: It is a busy street for nightlife, and therefore has some street-noise at night. Granted, I stayed during St. Pat's day week, and things were especially noisy. Considering that, I found the hotel well suited for my needs--a comfortable bed, nice shower & bath, and very good complimentary breakfast. The hotel is also very secure, with a locked front door for hotel residents only. I will stay there again on future trips to Dublin.

I really liked staying there. The only thing: I had no access to the Internet and had to access it through roaming, which costed me over 200 Euro for just 3 days...
